As a veteran we understand the transition from military to civilian life is difficult. We have partnered with a number for Fortune 100 companies in providing them with various training modules and program to support our fellow veterans transitioning out of the military. We interviewed 100 HR managers and all of them advised even though the military training teaches soldiers discipline, leadership, and the ability to work under pressure the reason why they weren’t chosen was lack of soft skills.  Soft skills are becoming or have become more important than any other skill our veterans need to be successful in their new civilian careers. Our training class focuses on the key points below which we spend at one day focusing on each below. You must understand the military provided everything these men and woman and gave them orders to follow. They now must be retrained in the civilian world to be successful.
